      ❀ Savie is here to help you all ❀A little bit about my journey with mental health so far that may help you understand me better (!TW!) : I have been officially diagnosed with Chronic Adjustment Disorder with underlying Mixed Anxiety-Depressive Disorder, Major Depressive Disorder and Generalized Anxiety Disorder. I strongly have Impostor Syndrome and I struggle with a lot of traumas and suicidal ideations. I'm a self-harm addict in recovery and have attempted suicide 4 times (I’ve been hospitalized in a psychiatric ward twice), but I’m trying my best and don’t worry I am getting help + in the process of looking into the following diagnoses : ADHD, OCD, BPD, Bipolar Disorder, Social Anxiety, CPTSD and Autism. I have abandonment/separation issues and I am a Zebra (“intellectually gifted individual”), so I am a strong empath and hypersensitive person.
